Viajes Conil de la Frontera, Cadiz, Spain September 16-30 2010
The work in this exhibition were responses to sights and experiences that my wife Jackie and I had enjoyed over the previous four years. With family spread over three continents we spend much of our lives travelling. With that comes many opportunities to explore and observe the rich tapestry of shape, colour and texture that make up the world around us. At times I record my observations in sketchbooks, but primarily I use photographs. The work in this exhbition is an extension and personal visualisation of those images.
